You are invited to recite the powerful and transformative MA YA HAI peace mantra daily for 11 minutes at 11:00 am and 9:00 pm local time.

Step 1 – Connect
Drop into silence just before 11am and 9 pm. Then put your hands together to form a lotus bud in front of your heart and connect with the original creative source of all life, the YiQi force and also connect with the Pyramid of the Sun in Teotihuacan.
Step 2 – Receiving information
Once connected then place your open hands with palms facing upwards on your thighs and receive pure cosmic energy and information (Qi, light, sounds) for a few minutes.
Step 3 – Transmit
Then raise your hands in front of the body at eye level, palms facing forward to transmit / send out your absorbed energy, power, love and light filled wishes to the earth and the crisis regions. Finally, place your hands on the Lower Dan Tian, the energy center three finger widths below the navel, to collect the energy here.

01 Choose a place with a simple, calm background.
02 Light-coloured clothing in natural and/or pastel shades would be ideal.
03 Hold your arms up with the palms facing forward to send out the loving energy of peace / harmony.
